1. Choose the Tour, Wedding, or Lodging you are interested in booking. Read all the details carefully. When you are ready to book, you may click the Book Online, or Book Now Button. You will be directed immediately to our encrypted, safe reservations site: https://www.ecotourspr.com. Follow the simple steps and in less than five minutes your reservation will be submitted. For all sailing excursions:

• Please remember there is a maximum weight amount of 275 pounds (125 kg) per person.
• Pregnant woman over six months can't join any sailing tour.
• Tours are not suitable for people with recent surgeries, or with serious limiting health conditions.
• The sailboat is not wheelchair ready.

2. Continue the step by step process, filling all the questions. By knowing details, we may custom design your services.

3. Please enter correct information regarding your name, address, etc. It should match the payment information. You should present a valid Id at the time of arrival. Card fraud is a federal crime and a felony punishable by heavy fines and jail time. Fraudulent behavior will be prosecuted aggressively and to the fullest extent of the law.

4. Click the Check Out Button.

5. You will receive a first email once you submit the Order. It includes the details of your reservation. The Status of your Order is set to "Reservation Pending for Confirmation and Payment".

6. Once we verify the information is correct, you will receive a Second Email with the Status set to "Reservation Confirmed.  Pending for Payment".

7. You will receive an email with the Invoice to pay for your services. It has a link to prompt you to pay securely on our PayPal site. You don't need to have a PayPal account to pay for our services, since we have partnered with PayPal to be our payments processor. If you don't have a PayPal account you may pay your booking with a Visa, Master Card, or Discover. However if you do have a PayPal account, besides the Debit or Credit Card options for payments, you may also pay with your savings, or checking account, like you usually do with any PayPal transactions.

8.  You will then receive final email, with the status set to "Reservation Confirmed.  Fully Paid".  This email includes a PDF File with your Boarding Pass / E-Ticket. Keep this PDF Voucher either printed or on your cellphone, as it has very specific instructions to guide you to meet with us. It includes a walking map, pictures and details to arrive on time for your tour and above all, Relaxed!

9. If you booked a tour, on the day of your excursion your Captain will send you a text message. The message has a cellphone number you may send text messages in case you need to contact us directly on the boat, without calling the office.

10. If you book an Intimate Wedding or a Cozy Lodging, we will contact you to discuss all the details.
